Taken from the balcony last night 😍😍 We have seen more Northern Lights this summer that I saw the whole first 4 years I lived in Sweden… totally crazy! There will supposedly be a lot of activity over the next few days so make sure to keep a look out! Some tips are

🌟 The app “Aurora” is great for sending you notifications when there’s a high chance!
🌟 Join the Facebook group “Norrsken” for daily updates
🌟 Try and go somewhere with minimal light pollution
🌟 They come and go so just keep watching - the camera picks them up better than the eyes so if you’re not sure it can be good to take photos of the sky in intervals to see if they’re there and if it’s worth staying outside to watch!

Last weekend was one of those “pinch me” evenings on the water 🥹 The perfect wind-free sunset, bioluminescent algae in the water, sleeping under the stars, and a day filled with snorkelling 💌 Making the most of this late summer weather in every way possible!!!

Before I moved to Sweden I used to spend all year longing for summer but now I get butterflies when I think about a rainy autumn evening or a crisp winters morning! Ad/ We were invited on a kayaking trip down the Säveån by @plumsgoteborg a while ago and it was honestly sooooo beautiful!! Kayaking from Partille to Lilla Bommen showed a completely different side of the city than I had ever seen before! SO if you are looking for a way to make the most of the September weather then they have spots every Sunday!!!
